Dhwani AI provides a voice-first recruitment automation platform that enables businesses to conduct AI-powered screening calls with job candidates. Our services include outbound call automation, candidate scoring, and a live demo experience.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the organization you represent. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring all candidate data you upload is obtained with appropriate consent.
• Complying with applicable labor laws and regulations when conducting screenings.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics.
• Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized candidate information.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Platform.
• Overload or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from candidates before initiating AI-powered screening calls. This includes informing candidates that they may be interacting with an automated system and that calls may be recorded. Dhwani AI is not liable for any failure on your part to obtain required consents.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Dhwani AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhwani AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may revise these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
